Tolk til samtalen med jobcentret
Det er vigtigt, at du forstår, hvilke muligheder du har som ledig, og at begge parter forstår hinanden fuldt ud. Derfor kan du bede om at få en tolk med til samtale i jobcentret.
Sådan får du en tolk med
- Giv jobcentret besked i god tid, så sørger de for at bestille en tolk.
- Ring på det telefonnummer, som står i brevet/ e-mailen, du har modtaget.
Jobcentret bruger professionelle tolke. De er neutrale, upartiske og har tavshedspligt - og de tolker alt, der bliver sagt. Venner og familie må derfor ikke fungere som tolk til sådanne samtaler.

If you have an appointment with Jobcenter København, you can request to be assisted by an interpreter. It is important that you understand your options as unemployed, and that both parties understand each other completely.
This is how you do it
- Please, let us know well in advance. The job centre will make sure to book an interpreter to assist you.
- Call the telephone number, which you can find in the letter or e-mail from the job centre.
The job centre uses professional interpreters. The interpreters are neutral and subject to a duty of confidentiality – they will interpret everything that is said. Friends and family are not allowed to act as interpreters in connection with such meetings.
